Why did you choose Mathematics Tripos?

In my third year of the course, looking to get in to Part III (masters) at Cambridge. Need to achieve a first this year as well as trialling for the boat race. Specialised this year in statistics – enjoy the use of mathematics to approximate real world situations and the predictive power that gives.

Why did you first try rowing?

Got asked by a third year to try it out because I was tall.

Who introduced you to the sport of rowing?

Christian Lindig at Churchill College, Cambridge

What are your proudest rowing achievements?

Posting some big erg scores.

Do you have a favourite Boat Race? Which one and why?

2023 – first year I watched the race in person, and the CUBC clean sweep!!
