What inspires you about sport?
The adrenaline from realising that it can be anybody's race on the day, including yours! You can put nine vastly different people in a boat - different personalities, backgrounds, and strengths - and if they share the same commitment, you can achieve anything.

Being around 12 years old and stumbling across it on TV.
