Explain your earliest memory of The Boat Race
It would often be something we’d watch as a family for as long as I can remember!
Do you relish in hours in the gym and miles in the dark, or do you live for race days?
Both have their highlights! Racing well wouldn’t be possible without all of the hard miles, but you simply can’t beat race day and it’s often where I bring an extra level to my performance and focus.
What's the secret to managing elite-level sport with studying at one of the top universities in the world?
Time-management that borders on being religious! We are busy people with busy lives but a bit of planning goes a long way to making it all possible. That and caffeine. Quite a bit of caffeine.
