I watched my first Boat Race concussed. I had to wear sunglasses to look at the screen.

In the dark. The joy is in the doing.
What's the secret to managing elite-level sport with studying at one of the top universities in the world?
Prioritize getting enough sleep, and rest (including mental time off). Say no to things that won't get you to your goals. You can then say yes to the important things. Time management is like a gas (while it can combust if over-compressed) the time to do your work will fill the time allocated for it.
