The team I am part of and the support we all give each other.
Explain your earliest memory of The Boat Race
I didn’t know much about it before moving to the UK for uni, but I remember hearing about it through my college boat club. It was super exciting to keep up with it.
Do you relish in hours in the gym and miles in the dark, or do you live for race days?
I love the routine, the progress and community that comes through consistent training. But nothing beats the thrill of race day team spirit. So it’s got to be race day!
What's the secret to managing elite-level sport with studying at one of the top universities in the world?
It can be overwhelming, but it gives me structure to have two important commitments to keep up with. And they’re both super exciting. Prioritizing sleep (after essays and ergs!) definitely makes things more manageable.
