The ability to achieve more than you could imagine. The way it brings so many people together. The relationships you build with other people.
Explain your earliest memory of The Boat Race
Watching it on television, before the women’s race was on the Tideway.
Do you relish in hours in the gym and miles in the dark, or do you live for race days?
Both! I absolutely love racing but also love the journey and completing crazy training sessions with the team.
What's the secret to managing elite-level sport with studying at one of the top universities in the world?
Organisation. Meal prep and batch cooking saves lots of time throughout the week. Micro-studying - whether it’s 15 minutes on the minibus, 30 minutes between sessions or an hour first thing in the morning - really adds up.
