Seeing what unbelievable things people can achieve by pushing their boundaries and challenging themselves every day.

Hours in the gym - consistency and hard work has taught me a lot about being resilient and having grit! And doing it all together with your teammates is very special.
What's the secret to managing elite-level sport with studying at one of the top universities in the world?
Good nutrition and hydration to make sure you’re able to do everything you want to do - both physically and mentally. And lots of meal prepping!
