About Molly:

Why did you choose Linguistics?

When I first came to Cambridge I studied maths but I switched to linguistics in my second year because I’m interested in languages and communication but it is still very logical and involves spotting patterns and problem solving

Why did you first try rowing?

I went in a rowing boat on a pond with my family and thought I have strong arms so I’d be good at this

Who introduced you to the sport of rowing?

Dick Millard (Rosa Millard’s (BB ’23) dad) at Lea Rowing Club

Pembroke College Boat Club

What are your proudest rowing achievements?

Being selected for GB v France and winning the reserve boat race
