About Georgia:

Why did you choose Architecture?

Architecture at Cambridge is an interdisciplinary subject which touches on many of the big, important questions and themes which shape human societies and our environment. The construction industry and our buildings account for 40% of global carbon emissions, and I want to play an active part in finding answers to reduce this.

Why did you first try rowing?

A free barbecue on a sunny day out by the river!

Who introduced you to the sport of rowing?

Jeff Cook at (KCBC) My Cambridge college, King’s, as a fresher.

Where else have you rowed?

SNG (Soci’t’ Nautique de Gen’ve)

What are your proudest rowing achievements?

Stroking my college crew to a double set of blades last year (2023) in Cambridge Lent Bumps and May Bumps.

What would winning The Boat Race mean to you?

Lots of hugs and happy memories from working very very hard with a group of incredible women.
