Personal bio:

Played Hampshire U20 county rugby before turning to rowing at Oxford. Rowed for his college first eight last year and in the Isis Development squad at Henley in the summer. Rowing wasn’t on offer at his school which is why he turned to rugby. This is his first year as a triallist. Has a sister, one half-brother and two half-sisters. Whilst born in Yorkshire, his family moved South when he was only two years old.
