Represented GB in the eight in both the 2006 and 2007 World Championships finishing fifth and third. In 2008 he raced in the eight in the Munich and Lucerne World Cups finishing second and third. Selected for the men’s pair at the Beijing 2008 Olympics with former Blue Robin Bourne-Taylor. Won the Kent Cup as a schoolboy for rugby and football.
