Winner of the 2007 Boat Race spare pairs for Cambridge. Competed for Wales at the Commonwealth Regatta in 2006 and the Home International Regattas in 2003, 2007 and 2008. Won bronze in the GB eight at the Coupe de la Jeunesse in 2004 and competed in the Junior World Championships in 2005 in the GB coxed four and eight. Raced in the final of the Prince Albert Challenge Cup at Henley in 2007.
