A Management Research student having already graduated in Maths and Management from Imperial College. Oli won a gold medal in the Eights at the World Junior Championships. Three years later in 2006, he won a bronze at the Hanse Cup Regatta, then a silver at the World University Games which were followed up with a victory as the Prince Albert winner at the Henley Royal Regatta. Building on this success, Oli then claimed a 4th place in the coxed Four at the 2007 Munich Wold Championships and then 2 bronzes – at the 2006 and 2007 World U23 Championships.
