Nick is in the second year of a four-year physics degree at Oxford. Born in Zimbabwe, the family moved back to the UK in 1991. Nick played rugby at Emanuel School in London before switching to rowing aged 15. Nick’s father still coaches rowing at Emanuel and was rowing master there, during which time he coached the first eight to several schools head victories and to the final of the Princess Elizabeth Cup at the Henley Royal Regatta.
