The Oxford squad’s Chief Coach is Sean Bowden who took up the role in 1998, having previously coached Cambridge between 1992 and 1994.

Cambridge are coached by Chris Nilsson who was the national coach for his native New Zealand from 2004 to 2008 and assitant coach at Oxford from 1997 to 1999.
