Calling Putney home, Tobias has grown up with the Boat Race on his doorstep. 2007 will be his third year at Cambridge, a year which saw his best rowing achievement to date with a place in Goldie. In 2005, he competed at the Junior World Championships in the men’s Eights. Tobias now hopes to emulate his great, great uncle Kenneth Garnett who rowed in the Blue Boat in 1914.
