Having a completed an M.Sci in Natural Sciences, Colin remained in Cambridge to concentrate on a 1 year MPhil in Management. This is his 4th year trialling at CUBC, having rowed in Goldie in 2004, 2005 and then again in 2007. Current OUBC President Nick Brodie coxed Colin as a junior at the Coup de la Jeunesse in Portugal. Colin remembers being given the afternoon off while at the national junior trials so the rowers could watch the Boat Race on TV.
