Was selected for the 2003 Blue Boat but had to withdraw with a fractured
wrist 48 hours before the race after Cambridge were in a collision during
training. Decided to return to Cambridge rather than try for a potential
Olympic place with Canada, after Wayne and Scott Frandsen (Oxford Blue Boat
2003) finished sixth in the men’s pair at the 2003 World Champs. Captain
of Harvard heavyweight Crew 2001-2002. Won the Ladies Plate at Henley
(2002). A world U23 gold medallist (eight) with Canada in 2001. Winner of
the Eastern Sprints in Harvard Freshman crew, 1999. Winner of the Head of
the Charles (eight), 2001. An U23 Canada Cup gold medallist (double scull)
in 1998.
