Started rowing at 12 years Dan is the first member of his family to attend Cambridge. Enjoys extreme sports (inc Zorb balls!) Father (Bill Barry) was an international rower, and won medals at both Olympic and Commonwealth Games (including silver in Tokyo 1964 for the GB Coxed four). He also won the Scullers Head on 8 successive occasions.
