The Queen’s Colour Squadron (No 63 Squadron RAF Regiment) won the BAS
Boat Race in Iraq on April 1st.
This was a Concept II relay over the distance of the University Boat Race
and included teams from all three Services based at Basrah.
Following the end of their Operation TELIC duties the Squadron will return
to ceremonial duties conducting Public Duties of the London Palaces in
early June.
