Media Accreditation is now open for the 2006 Boat Race, sponsored by Xchanging, due to take place on Sunday April 2nd at 4.35pm.

We would like all forms to be returned to us if possible by Friday 3rd March at the latest so that we can plan the provision needed at both our Thames RC, Putney, media centre (from March 28 - April 1 inclusive) and at our Mortlake media centre on Race Day.

During Tideway Week (the week before The Race from March 28 - April 1) we will be offering the media an opportunity to view training on the Thames from our press boats. These are quite popular and often become over-subscribed. So, if you would like to take up this opportunity, it would be advisable to book early.

By coincidence, this year, The Varsity football match is on the same date as the Boat Race. This takes place at Fulham FC with a 1pm kick off.
