Studying Controls Engineering and previously graduated from Syracuse
University (“magna cum laude”) in Electrical Engineering. At Syracuse
University he was awarded a scholarship to row. He was a three times
Varsity Boat Member and won medals in the Eight and coxed Four at the 2001
Under-21 Canadian Summer Games. In 2007, rowed in the Blue Boat having
previously rowed five seat in Isis in 2006 and three seat in the composite
boat that made it to the semi-finals in the Ladies Plate at the Royal
Henley Regatta. He has also been an elite level alpine skier and
cross-country mountain bike racer.
